Honorable Cary B. Pierce

The Honorable Cary B. Pierce recently retired after 21 distinguished years as a DuPage County Judge. He served in the Domestic Relations, Civil, Criminal, and Traffic Divisions for most of his accomplished judicial tenure. Prior to joining the bench, Judge Pierce was appointed by the Governor as DuPage County's Public Guardian and Administrator. In this role, he gained valuable experience as a Guardian and Guardian ad Litem in probate and child custody cases.

With decades of combined legal experience as both an Attorney and Judge, Pierce has handled hundreds of complex criminal, traffic, civil, divorce, and family law cases. He leverages his extensive background on both sides of the courtroom to provide clients with skilled and strategic counsel.
